Assessor Rich E. Kelly has been teaching for over 26 years.  He currently holds a position at both Richards High School in Oak Lawn, and Eisenhower High School in Blue Island; and he is also the Project Manager for Wight & Co., in Darien, IL.  In 1970 he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Chicago State University, followed up by a Master of Science Degree in Education from Eastern Illinois University in 1973, and then a Type 75 Administrative Certificate in 1994 from Loyola University Chicago.
