or that is in the Military?
Welcome! All new residents are allowed to vote so long as they have lived in the Township for at least (30) days prior to the election date of April 7th, 2009. That means if you have moved, or will move to Orland Township by March 8th, 2009 - you can still vote! It's one of the first steps to getting involved in your new community.

Stop the continued collection of
Cook County's 1% sales tax!
The Orland Township County Tax
Referendum for April, 2009
"On July 1, 2008, Cook County began collecting a one (1) percentage point sales tax increase. Do you support the continued collection of the one (1) percentage point sales tax increase?"
Cook County's one (1) percentage point sales tax increase is driving would-be consumers out of Orland Park, Orland Hills and Tinley Park. Get out to vote on April 7th, 2009, and STOP the Cook County sales tax increase from doing any further damage to our businesses!
All registration applications must be submitted on,
or before March 10th, 2009.
